Typical Restaurant Broker commissions range from 10 to 15 percent of the sale price and normally carry minimums ranging from $10,000 to $15,000.
Our plans are a flat rate fee, not a commission.
While our system is effective it is not for everyone.
We require a consultation call before engaging our service for this reason.
